Today, we will talk about Nova Funding, a fairly well-known prop firm that is disliked by traders. In this article, you will learn why this prop firm does not inspire trust and why I would not recommend this service even to my enemies.

👨‍💼 No CEO

In the prop firm industry, shady companies often don’t mention their CEO. You might wonder, why is it important to mention the CEO? Well, if you don’t know who runs the company, you can’t trust them. Good prop firms like FTMO and The5ers share the names of their CEOs and founders to build trust and be transparent. Sadly, the prop firm industry has many scams and isn’t regulated, so honest firms try to be open to show they have good intentions and provide real services for serious traders.

Nova Funding does not reveal their CEO. This means that if the company shuts down like others, clients won’t know who to blame for their lost money. This is a big reason why I don’t trust this service. The people who created this firm surely know that sharing the CEO’s name is important for trust, like other good prop firms do, but they are afraid to show their face because they might be hiding something.

🕵 No "About Us" page

Okay, so you’re saying that Nova Funding charges between $339 and $1,239 for their services, but they can’t even make a simple page that tells us about their company. It’s not a cheap company, so let’s be serious. The CEO isn’t public for some reasons, but couldn’t they at least write a few words about the team behind the company? Is that really so difficult? If they didn’t want to show the real team, they could have used AI to create some fake pictures of employees. The fact that they don’t have an “About Us” page is another big reason why I don’t trust this service.

🎭 The Nova Funding clients' soap opera is accessible on TrustPilot

If you look on Trustpilot, you can see that Nova Funding got a trust score of 2.9 out of 5, which is very low. Over 3,500 customers of the company have contributed to this low score. 43% of the reviews are one star, and 41% are five stars. You might wonder what problems so many people encountered. Well, here I will list the customers’ problems:

  • 💰 Payout Delay: Customers report significant delays in receiving their payouts, ranging from weeks to months.
  • 📧 Lack of Communication: Many customers express frustration over the lack of response from Nova Funding’s customer support regarding their payout requests.
  • 🛠️ Technical Issues: Issues with the Manta Trade platform, including server crashes, login problems, and trade execution errors, hinder customers from trading effectively.
  • ⚖️ Unfair Practices: Customers allege unfair treatment, such as account deactivation without valid reasons, accusations of violating trading rules without evidence, and delays in resolving technical glitches.
  • 😞 Poor Customer Service: Customers complain about the unresponsiveness and lack of assistance from Nova Funding’s support team in resolving their issues.
  • ⚖️ Legal Action Threats: Some customers threaten legal action due to the perceived breach of contract, lack of transparency, and failure to fulfill payout obligations.
  • 🤷‍♂️ Lack of Accountability: Nova Funding’s responses to customer complaints are perceived as evasive or inadequate, with many customers feeling that their concerns are not properly addressed or resolved.
Nova Funding review

⛔ A low score on Scamadviser.com

Nova Funding received a trust score of 1 out of 100 from Scamadviser.com. Terrible, isn’t it? Why does nova-funding.com have such a low trust score? Here’s the answer from the scamadviser team:

  • 🕵️ The owner of the website is using a service to hide their identity on WHOIS.
  • 💰 This website may offer high-risk cryptocurrency services.
  • 💼 This may be a HYIP website.
  • 👎 This website has received mainly negative reviews.

🏁 Conclusion of the Nova Funding review

So after so many negative reviews and cancerous feedback, I’ve come to the conclusion that Nova Funding isn’t worth a try at all. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they at least try to clean their tarnished image on Trustpilot, but they’re not very successful at it. In short, Nova Funding is a prop firm with a 1-Step Demo Evaluation Program that will go bankrupt sooner or later. Without even looking at Trustpilot, they made me feel sick because they didn’t have an about us page and the CEO wasn’t mentioned either. Also, if you go on Reddit, you can see negative reviews. I don’t think it’s worth debating the subject anymore; it’s best to conclude that Nova Funding should be avoided, period.

Until next time, goodbye dear traders!
