⭐ TrustPilot Reviews

Most of the reviews on Trustpilot are positive, with 5 stars. What seems strange to me is that most of the reviews are either 5 stars (71%) or 1 star (20%). In other words, 91% of the reviews come from people who are either completely satisfied or completely dissatisfied with this service. If the service was really that good, I think most reviews should be 5 stars and 4 stars, not 5 stars and 1 star. I assume that a large number of positive reviews are paid for or fake because most positive reviews are short and written by Trustpilot users who have only given one review with their account, and that is for 1of1 Funding. The reviews that mention how good the customer service is seem genuine to me because I believe many people encountered difficulties and did not expect their problems to be solved.

😞 Key Points from Bad Reviews on Trustpilot

Customer Support Issues:

  • 📬 Ignored Messages: Many customers complained about customer support ignoring their inquiries. Several users mentioned waiting hours or even days without any response from the support team, leading to significant frustration.
  • 🐢 Slow Responses: Even when responses were received, they were often delayed by several days or weeks. This slow communication was a recurring problem across multiple reviews.

Payout Problems:

  • ⏳ Delayed Payouts: A major issue highlighted was the significant delay in processing payouts. Customers reported waiting weeks or even months to receive their earnings, with some still not having received their money.
  • 🔍 Verification Issues: The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process was another stumbling block, often not syncing properly with the dashboard, which further delayed payouts.

Platform and Account Issues:

  • 🖥️ Technical Glitches: Several users faced problems with the trading platforms, such as invalid accounts and issues with new account setups after migrations. These technical issues often prevented them from trading effectively.
  • 🚫 Account Restrictions: Some users had their accounts restricted or labeled as “breached” without valid reasons, preventing them from accessing their funds and causing significant financial loss and inconvenience.

General Disappointment:

  • ❌ False Advertising: Accusations of false advertising were common, particularly regarding the availability of certain trading options and the overall service quality. Customers felt misled by the firm’s promises and marketing claims.
  • 🏢 Overworked Staff: It was noted that the firm seems understaffed, with only one person handling payouts, leading to backlogs and inefficiencies in customer service and payment processing.

Delays in Account Setup and Payouts:

  • ⏳ Sandro Baramashvili: Faced a 3-month wait for account registration transfer from MetaTrader to dxTrade, followed by a 3-week delay for the first payout. Described the firm as unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Frequent Operational Issues:

  • 🔄 Sandro Baramashvili: Mentioned recurring problems every other week, indicating a lack of professionalism in the firm’s operations.
  •

Questionable Management and Reliability:

  • 🤔 Fabio Parlato: Criticized the firm as a scam run by an influencer. Highlighted the issue where Purple Trading removed their broker, leading to the suspension of the firm’s website instead of swiftly finding a new broker. Noted other prop firms managed to implement new brokers without service suspension.
  • ❌ Omkar: Labeled the firm as a fake prop firm.

Trust Concerns:

  • ❌ Deepu:  Advised not to trust the firm.
  • 🤨 Pascal Viale:  Expressed skepticism by stating the firm looks too good to be true.

Unjust Bans and Poor Customer Service:

  • 🚷 Khuda Cash: Reported that his challenge was banned without clear reason. Despite numerous emails and messages to 1of1 Funding and associated pages, he received no assistance. Warned others to avoid the firm and suggested choosing established firms with better profit splits.

Conclusion of the 1of1 Funding review

Until I saw the warnings on Propfirmmatch, I thought it would be a review without a conclusion. Now, after seeing the well-argued warnings, I’ve come to the conclusion that this service isn’t really worth taking seriously. The truth is, it sounds too good to be true that the profit split is 100%, meaning the company doesn’t earn anything. So, in short, my team and I don’t recommend this service.

Until next time, kisses goodbye dear traders 😘
